HOW ARE GILDAS SHIPPED?

Gildas are perishable and travel cold, packed with ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh. Don't worry if the cold packs arrive thawed, they're designed to keep the gildas cold during transit, not to stay frozen.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. Expect delivery within 2 days of shipment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as gildas are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA?

We currently ship within California only.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or not up to standard, reach out and we'll make it right.

HOW LONG DO GILDAS LAST?

Up to 60 days refrigerated. We recommend enjoying them as fresh as possible.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?

Keep refrigerated at all times. Once opened, consume within 7 days.

HOW DO I EAT GILDAS?

1. Remove your gildas from the refrigerator 10-15 mintes before serving.

2. Place them on a plate and let any excess oil drain off.

3. If you want to enjoy them the Spanish way, finish with a drizzle of your best olive oil and eat in one bite.

ARE GILDAS GLUTEN-FREE?

Gildas are naturally gluten-free. However, they are made in a facility that also processes other common allergens.
