Our gildas are handmade in Los Angeles and prepared in small batches to ensure they arrive as fresh as possible.

Gildas are preserved in organic high-oleic sunflower oil.
We chose organic high-oleic sunflower oil for its clean, neutral flavor and stability when refrigerated, making it the ideal oil for preserving our gildas while letting the quality and flavor of each ingredient stand out.
